It is well priced. Wonderful low cost place, it has good location right by a pub and restaurant, both beach and town centre and the restaurant. The king room overlooks sea and includes an electric kettle and a fridge.

Engaging with the facility, I found the entrance at the back quite shabby and not inviting. The restaurant's aroma of Indian food permeated throughout, which might not suit everyone. Rooms felt cramped, with a sloping ceiling limiting space and beds pushed against walls. The television lacked a remote, and I experienced issues with the Wi-Fi. Views from the rooms overlooked a carpark, lacking any appealing scenery. The location posed challenges for access to public transport, requiring an uphill or risky road crossing.

The staff were genuinely friendly and the room offered a lovely sea view, which made waking up a delight. While the restaurant was a bit chaotic at times, the food was excellent, especially the flavors of the Indian cuisine. Just keep in mind it can be a little dated.

We enjoyed the nearby attractions, especially the local parks and vibrant shopping areas. The owner was super friendly! Just a heads up, though, the rooms could use some sprucing up.
Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work , a bit inconvenient for us.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is really nice, just a 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. The area was calm. Don't forget to download the dundee city taxis app if you need a quick ride.

The King Room with Sea View offers a lovely view of the water. The room's size provides ample space for relaxation, ensuring travelers can spread out comfortably.
The plumbing issues in the room were a real headache, with hot water problems and a leak in the bathroom sink. Not to mention, the overall cleanliness wasn't up to standard-stained sheets and towels added a layer of discomfort I didn't expect. The pricing felt inflated compared to the quality of the experience.

The kids had a blast at the supervised childcare, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, perfect for our family stay. We also enjoyed the pool area, a nice bonus.
My kids wished there were more activities for their age group.
